Hence this research, “Study of the Effectiveness of M-Learning Applications on the Improvement of Reading Fluency Among Grade Two Pupils of Longos Elementary School” sought to contribute valuable insights to the effectiveness of M-learning applications, unraveling their potential to revolutionize traditional teaching methods and empower students in their literacy journey. This sought to shed light on the effectiveness of M-learning applications in nurturing the fundamental skill of reading fluency. As education embraces technological advancements, it is essential to evaluate these tools not only for their academic outcomes but also for their potential to instill positive attitudes and motivation in young learners.
